Conference Proceedings

Final papers  in electronic format, saved as a Word document or convertible, should be sent in attachment by and not later than May 15 to the Editor Prof. Marchiano. Texts in  paper version will be collected at the Conference. Both electronic and paper versions have to be identical.

Guidelines Instructions

  • The whole text with footnotes must not exceed 15 pages, type 12, with a 1,5 line spacing and with sufficient margins.
  • All quotations are to be set off in quotation marks: «...» (do not use double quotes “... “ for quotations).
  • Bibliographic references must be included in the footnotes. The footnotes numbers should appear before any punctuation mark closing the clause.
  • If special fonts are used (Greek,Persian,Hebrew,Sanskrit) or transliterations with special characters, a pdf copy must be sent to the editor.
  • For technical reasons, revisions of one’s final text is not permitted.
  • Texts will be presented and published in English or Italian.

Costs and facilities

Participants’s travel expenses are on their own. Full accommodation in Montepulciano: May 29,30,31 is provided to official speakers only; accompanying persons are to cover costs of board and lodging, guided visits in town and ticket for the Balinese Dance Performance, Teatro Il Cantinone, May 31 night. For the Conference Final Program see next announcement here: www.elemirezolla.org.
